Cheese graters come in many shapes and sizes and it isn’t always easy to decide which one will work best for you. Two of the most common styles of cheese graters include the infamous upright box graters and the flat graters. As many of you know, box graters have at least four different grating surfaces while flat graters have different grating patterns all on one surface. In my opinion, stainless steel box graters are the way to go because they are resistant to corrosion and easier to use.
